During a home-based elder care visit, a professional caregiver, nurse or therapist will come to your home to provide elder care services like assistance with daily living activities, nursing procedures, and therapy.
Upon arrival, the Homage Care Pro will introduce themselves, assess the senior’s health and preferences, and collaborate on the care plan. Assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, meal preparation, and mobility support are common home care services that seniors need help with.

We aim to assign a suitable Care Pro for your requested visit within 2-3 days. For urgent bookings made 1-2 days before the visit date, we will try our best to match you with a Care Pro as soon as possible.
Hospicare ’s nurses are enrolled or registered nurses with a valid Practising Certificate with the Cambodian Nursing Board (CNB) and have at least 1 year of ward experience.
Hospicare’s caregivers go through training, which includes emergency response, CPR & Basic Cardiac Life Support.
Hospicare’s physiotherapists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists are certified with the Ministry of Health Professions Council (AHPC). They specialise in diverse areas and bring with them a wealth of care experiences.
All Hospicare Care Pros are local and come from different walks of life, each with unique specialisations and care experiences. But they all have one common trait – a passion and dedication to delivering quality nursing care to families and care recipients.
We currently provide 24-hour home care services for the elderly but not live-in caregiving.
For our 24-hour elder care service, two Homage Care Professionals will be scheduled for the visits. Care will be split into 12-hour shifts to support you and your loved one round-the-clock each day.

The assignment will depend on whether a suitable Care Professional is available to take up your visit.
Rest assured that once we receive your booking request, we will immediately search for a Care Professional who can meet your care needs. However, if there are no Care Professionals available, you will be notified via email immediately.
To ensure you or your loved one receives undivided attention and care, each elderly person will be matched to a dedicated Care Pro who fits their needs and preference. If 2 seniors in the same home need care, a Care Pro will be present to care for each recipient.
