What is home therapy?
Home therapy refers to home-based rehabilitation services, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, that help individuals restore the functional abilities required to perform everyday activities independently.
It is a holistic approach to rehabilitation that allows home-bound individuals and those who find it difficult to travel to recover conveniently and comfortably at home.

What we offer
Home therapy includes a wide range of services, including:
- Home physiotherapy: Relieve pain, improve your range of movement, and restore functional ability through manual therapy and targeted exercises
- Home occupational therapy: Learn, recover or maintain your ability to perform activities of daily living and work skills
- Home speech therapy: Treat problems related to swallowing, speech, language and/or communication
- Home environment review: Receive custom recommendations to address potential safety risks in your home environment
Besides convenience and comfort, home therapists are able to take into account your condition, lifestyle, and unique home environment when customising a recovery plan for you.

What to expect during a home therapy visit
- Each home therapy visit will be one hour long.
- During the first home visit, our therapists will assess your health and physical condition, understand your goals, and develop a personalised treatment plan that can be completed in your home setting. If time permits, our therapists will conduct the exercises with you during the first visit too.
- Do share with our therapists any relevant medical history, health reports and investigations (e.g. x-ray or MRI), and referral letters from doctors, so we can have a more thorough understanding of your condition and customise the treatment plan accordingly.
- In subsequent visits, our therapists will assess your progress and modify the exercises accordingly to further improve your condition.
